Slow and understaffed breakfast service. Inadequate table clearing and cleaning.

The bus stop outside the property offers direct access to the city center. The spacious, clean rooms provide a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection is extensive, albeit slightly pricey.

Best aspects of the hotel were its convenient location close to a bus station to the old town, the helpful staff, and the comfortable beds. The hotel had good transportation options and was not far from the city centre. The breakfast was satisfying and the hotel facilities were clean.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Huge room with mountain view, abundance of amenities, free parking, convenient location with bus service, separate bedroom for our daughter.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff, especially Attila and Tamara, were incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful, with spacious and clean rooms. I particularly loved the separate bedroom they provided for my 2-year-old daughter at no extra cost. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. I also appreciated the easy access to public transportation, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel that took me to the city center in just 15 minutes.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The wifi connection in the rooms was not reliable.

Convenient location for exploring the city. I arrived late and was actually surprised to find a delicious Chinese restaurant just a few minutes away. The food was great and the portion sizes were generous.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was easily accessible by public transport, with a bus stop just a few meters away. Free parking was available, which was convenient for our bigger group of friends.
Felt almost like at home, no complaints at all.
